RaWednesday: Salad

Never under estimate the power of a salad. So simple, so obvious - but so overlooked! Incorporating just one raw salad into your day can truly change your life in the most positive ways.
Usually, the ingredients of a real salad are raw. (less the cheese and croutons and bacon bits and boiled eggs) Once you have the vegetables and fruit in the bowl, it is the dressing that can leave you wondering. Here are a couple of my favorites:
Macadamia oil, with some squeezed lime juice and dash of Himalayan crystal salt
Or, equal parts lemon juice, orange juice and lime juice; add fresh minced garlic; some fresh dill and a pinch of Celtic salt (add a little olive oil if you want it thicker to cling on the lettuce)
