RaWednesday is officially underway and to start, I want to introduce a green smoothie. It is nothing special, just your average green smoothie, but many have not made one before, so I thought I’d share.

bananas [2 small]
baby spinach [3 cups]

While traveling in the RV, Wednesdays are dedicated to eating raw. All food and beverage consumed will be completely uncooked.
